He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon "Shari" Chaben; his brother Saul Togal; his aunt Bessie Walters; and his parents, Abraham Chaben and Eva Chaben.
He is survived by: his children, Mandi Perlin, Kerry Chaben, Carolyn Klinger (Gary) and Craig Chaben; his grandchildren, Brandon Schwartz, Michael Schwartz (Stephanie), Marnie Perlin, Max Perlin, Alex Chaben (Jacqueline), David Chaben, Emily Chaben, Annie Klinger, Ari Klinger, Jack Chaben, Dylan Chaben, Ryan Chaben and Noah Chaben; and his great grandchild Maxwell Chaben.
