He is survived by: his daughters, Shelby Rae Ratliff, Cierra Lee Ratliff and Tommy’lynn Marliene Ratliff; his brothers, Gary Clifford Ratliff and Jimmy Lee Ratliff; and his wife Erica Ratliff. He is also survived by Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
