He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Ward of Wellston; his children, William Manley (Mary) of Fort Worth, TX and Stacey Manley-Conto (Chris) of Plymouth, WI; his grandchildren, Lauren, Danielle and Aidan Conto of Plymouth, WI; and his sister-in-law Rilda Manley of Jonesboro, TN. He is also survived by one niece and one nephew; and many other family and friends.
