He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Faltinowski (Lutes) and Edward Faltinowski; his daughters, Kathy Baugh and Terrie Garcia; and his siblings, Wanda Hibbs, Linda Curtis and Dan Faltinowski.
He is survived by: his former wives, Peggy, Ruth and Judy; his wife Hope; and his children, John E. Faltinowski, Edward Faltinowski, Drew Jones, Jennelle Faltinowski, Kyle Lang and Sommer Lang. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
