He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford Risden and Nina Risden. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou; his sister Rosie Durga; and his children, Alva Risden, Debbie Redmon, LuAnne Mansfield and Dan Ashburn. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many cousins.
