He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Cook and Alene Cook; and his brothers, Thomas Cook and Patrick Cook. He is survived by: his wife Hilary; his sons, Kenneth P. Cook (Autumn) and Shane S. Cook (Alicia); his brother Michael Elfindale; and his grandchildren, Toby, Jordan, Jacob, Brooklyn, Lauryn, Abigail, Ethan, Genevieve and Ava Cook.
