Frankie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Felton and Fannie B. Boland (Mays); and her brother David. She is survived by: her husband Cotton; her children, Christi Parker (Mike) of Abilene and Kaelyn Viau (John) of Ishpeming; her grandchildren, Laura Mckenna (Josh), Anissa Johnson (Ben), Mikaela Jefferson (Kenneth W. Cole), Aly Viau (Nick) and Dustin Viau (Joanie); and her great grandchildren, Johnathan, Isaac, Liam, Noah and Ava.
A reception was held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the New Life Assembly of God Church (2005 8th Ave S, Escanaba, MI 49829).
