He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughter Vicki (Jon); his grandchildren, Noelle, Jake (Gaby), Chad (Emily) and Bella; and his siblings, Bill (Vivian), Dan (Pam), Chris, Mary and Tony (Donna). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
