He was predeceased by: his parents, John Peter and Stella Dlugas (Yagodzinski); his siblings-in-law, Joanie Dlugas, Linda Dlugas and Paul Frederickson; his niece Chris Quaghebeur; and his nephew Mike Weber.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Frederickson; his children, Donna Trudell (Todd) of Cornell and David Dlugas (Tammy) of Bark River; his grandchildren, Brian, Brent (Haley), Hunter and Gunnar; his great grandchildren, Koda, Aurora and Issac; and his siblings, John Dlugas, Robert Dlugas and Lottie Bjornson (Leonard).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Crawford Funeral Home - Escanaba (302 13th St S, Escanaba, MI 49829). A prayer was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Church (6596 N 3rd St, Wells, MI 49894).
