He is survived by: his siblings, Charlene Kerby, Jean Amick, Thomas Myshock (Michelle), Marilyn Toney (James), Anita Battleshaw (Bob) and Carla Birk. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
