He was predeceased by: his father Charles, Sr. Kenworthy; and his brother Kevin Kenworthy. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Kenworthy (Herbert); his wife Sheryl Jacobs; and his brothers-in-law, Julius Jacobs, Allen and Moore. He is also survived by three stepchildren; several grandchildren.
