It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma Oakley (Weidman, Michigan), born in Brighton, Michigan, who passed away on April 18, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Oakley Sr.; her parents, Theron Phillips and Viola Phillips (Shipley); her brother Don Phillips (Ernestine); and her brother-in-law Frank Ruttman.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Sprague (Ronny) of Weidman; her stepchildren, Jessie Oakley of Oakdale, Mary Blaylock (Bruce) of Dickson, TN., Donna Oakley of Lagrange, GA. and William Oakley Jr. (Diane) of Manteca, Calf.; her sister Betty Ruttman; and her sister-in-law Doris Popoff (Jim). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 4 great great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is being planned at a later date due to the current Coronavirus pandemic restrictions.
