She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Kaminski and Lillian Kaminski (Ignasiak); and her brothers, Carl Kaminski, Joseph Kaminski, Alex Kaminski, Edward Kaminski and Roy Kaminski.
She is survived by: her spouse Ray H. Fahnestock. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
