He is survived by: his parents, Dennis M Kelsey and Candi Kelsey (Farrow); his fiancée Rachel Dawson; and his siblings, Sueann Irwin (Jason), Michael Kelsey (Shadow), Justin Bailey (Lacey), Mark Kelsey (Gina) and Austin Schmall. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
