He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Roe and June Roe (Williamson). He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Head; his children, Andrew Burke of Baltimore, John Burke of Philadelphia, Michael Overby (Jamie) of Lake, Treka Mason of Walled Lake and Jessi Roe (Francisco Sanchez) of Weidman; his stepchildren, Autem Putnam (Jerald) of White Lake and Jacob Nance (Jennifer) of Fenton; his grandchildren, Emily, Brittany Dice, Joshua Erickson, Caleb Roe, Emma, Anthony Carney, Isabella Overby, Michael Overby II, Avani Sanchez and Francisco Sanchez Jr.; and his siblings, Garry Roe of Mt. Pleasant and Peggy Valdesere (Rob) of Delaware. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Franklin was a huge advocate for missions and, as such, the family has designated the memorial contributions be made to Glory House International Ministries or to Good News International Ministries.
