He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Maxwell. He is survived by: his son Joseph Maxwell (Lisa Lane); his grandchildren, Nicole Wilson (Johnny), Kayli Jennings (Ryan), Jordan Lane, Devin, Jayden, Carter, Makenzie, Averi, Paisley and Everly; his mother Doris Maxwell; and his siblings, Donald Maxwell, Roxie Batterson and Dixie Rudnicki (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
