She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her siblings, Larry Jacobs and Denise Mason; and her parents, Earl Jacobs and Viola Jacobs.

She is survived by: her sister Lorraine Garlough (late Gary). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
