He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Parks and Stella Parks; his siblings, Darlene Reynolds, Phillip Parks, Denise Ferguson and Douglas Parks; and his great grandchild Christian Joseph Nichols.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tina L. Johnson, Tami M. Kirkendolph and Teri A. Cecil; his grandchildren, EJ Austin (Devon), David-Allen Austin, Amber Black, LaTisha Washington and Adrianne Kirkendolph; his sister Cathy Swan (Edward); and his pet Princess. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Calendar the Husband Family Funeral Home (2401 S Wayne Rd, Westland, MI 48186). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
