He was predeceased by: his wife Doris; his parents, Don and Marguerite; and his siblings, Jerrod and Jean.
He is survived by: his children, Leslie Thompson (Merle), David T. Young (Coleen), Mary Chrisman, Gilbert Goodwin (Jan), Donita O'Callaghan (Tim), Doug Goodwin (Renee) and Kelly Dennis (Scott). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the United Church in Wayland.
