He was predeceased by: his son Steve Belka; and his parents, Birney Belka and Arlene Belka. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Belka; his children, Wayne Jr. Belka (Kim), Theresa Dixon (Derrick) and Bruce Belka (Jacob Thiem); and his siblings, Dennis Belka, Allen Belka, Judie Chappell (Don) and Dawn Flannery (Dennis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, dear friends.
