She was predeceased by: her father Nelson. She is survived by: her mother Mabel; her siblings, Lawrence, Jane Zoet, Darlene Putans and David Vail; her nieces and nephews, Amy, Jason Klein, Ryan Putans, Ashley Tittle, Rebecca Putans and Adam Schmitt; her daughter Molly Perez (family: Thaleaha Goldsmith, Aaron Bartman); her close friend Kris DeKoster; and also Adam. She is also survived by family, Thaleaha Goldsmith and family.
