He is survived by: his wife Liane Church (Krieglemann); his sons, Michael and Thomas Church (Marcy); his stepdaughter Marie Sears (William); his brother Richard Church (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl G. Church and Thomas Pratt. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
