He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Russell and Reah Russell; his sister Norma; his daughter Terri; and his siblings-in-law, Elgin and Annis Fuller.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Rick Russell (Kim) of Shelbyville and Julie Smith (Eric) of Wayland; his sister Evelyn Russell of Bradenton, FL; his granddaughters, Samantha Sager and Cassondra Smith; and his great grandchildren, Savannah and Makenzie Lemmon.
