Phillip Edward Nickels Sr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Edward Nickels Sr. (Wayland, Michigan), who passed away on April 10, 2025 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phillip Edward Nickels Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Nickels and Barbara Nickels; and his brother Dennis Nickels (Carol). He is survived by: his wife Rose Nickels; his children, Phillip Nickels Jr. (Steve Andrews), Keith Nickels and Kimberly Nickels (Mark Hodyna); his grandson Leo Nickels; and his siblings, Patricia Wagstaff, Kathleen Vanderweert (Alex) and Edward Nickels Jr. (Jane). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Therese of Lisieux Church (128 Cedar St, Wayland, MI 49348). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
