He is survived by: his children, Ryan Adams and Kristin Kwiatkowski (Jason); his grandchildren, Tyler, Chase, Kaiden, Ryder, Gracie and Quinn; his sons, Paul Smith (Jessica), Adam Smith and Dan Smith (Sarah); his grandchildren, Rubi, Tobyn, Jeremiah, Abby, Ally, Canaan and Cora; and his siblings, Janice Statler, Steve Adams, Gary Adams, Sherry Pasternack and Doug Adams (Sherry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
