He is survived by: his wife Melissa Regan; his children, Lindsey Haan (Michael), Emily Higbee (Aaron), Daniel Regan (Emalee) and Kyle Regan; his grandchildren, Peyton, Cheyenne, Allianna, Bennett and Oliver; his father Phil Regan Sr. (Lissette); and his siblings, Susan VanderWood (Larry), Lisa Regan and Tom Regan (Kathy). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
In memory of Phil and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist with final expenses.
