She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Hayward (Dick); her parents, Walter Hoke and Ethel Hoke; her brothers, Roger Hoke and Lee Hoke; and her son Mark Hayward.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Hayward (Patti), Glenn Hayward (Loretta), Craig Hayward (Mary) and Bruce Hayward (Janet); her siblings, Donald Hoke (LaDonna) and Jean Sutton (Don); and her sister-in-law Janet Hoke. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
