She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hazen and Sharon Ambrose (Hazen); and her brother Irwin Hazen. She is survived by: her child Nicole Quinn (Andrew) of Thomas Brunink; her grandchildren, Jonathan of Ava and Hunter; and her sibling Rose Zerfas (Bob) of Herb Hazen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
