The memory of Marion Ann Ballard (Wayland, Michigan), who passed away on April 26, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian Cole and Frances Cole; her daughter-in-law Karen Ballard; her brothers, Roger Cole and Kenneth Cole; and her siblings-in-law, Ivan Wyrick, Roy Ballard, Elmer Ballard, Theola Wyrick and Mary Cole.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Ballard, Dawn Chavis (Billy), Donna Felten (Barry), Barb Schaefer (Jonathan), Janece Shelton (Tom) and Christine Passchier (Raymond); her grandchildren, Jeff Ballard, Steve Ballard (Alicia), Mandy Walker (William), Justin Chavis (Misty), Jeremy Chavis (Desirae), Jordan Chavis (Danielle), Ian Felten (Lauren), Colin Felten (Hailey), Maddy Felten, Seth Schaefer (Janel), Kathryn VanDerMeer (Andrew), Kyle Schaefer (Esther), Rae Lynne Walker (Kody), Sarah Artzer (Tyler), Hannah Shelton, Anneliese Passchier and Lillian Passchier; her siblings, Adrian Cole, Richard Cole and Lois Cole; and her sister-in-law Lola Wyrick. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Moline Baptist Church (4428 Chappel St, Dorr, MI 49335). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In memory of Marion and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Moline Baptist Church.
