He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Carpenter and Inez Carpenter; and his brother Joe Carpenter. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Carpenter II (Shannon) and Dody Smeenge (Jeremy); his wife Peggy Harrington; and his brothers, Wayne Carpenter, Rick Carpenter and Kim Carpenter. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
