He is survived by: his sons, Matt Johnson and Kyle Johnson; his siblings, Dale Johnson and Julie Kuklewski; his grandchildren, Dylan Johnson (Grace), Alexys Ewald (Jake), Taylor Petrak-Johnson (Chase) and Oliver Johnson; and his great grandchild Kannon Kyle Ewald. He is also survived by his many nieces many nephews.
