She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Nutz and Alberta Nutz; and her siblings, Bonnie Lewis and Tommy Nutz. She is survived by: her husband Ron Shafer; her children, Brian Peterman (Kara), Emily Behler (Dennis) and Brandon Shafer (Danie Pattee); her grandchildren, Madison, Mason Peterman, Oliver, Cora and Elin Behler; her sister Cindy Fogg (John); and her siblings-in-law, Karen Hendrick (Jerry), Doug Shafer (Chris), Don Shafer, Wayne Moore and Brad Lewis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of Judy, contributions may be made to Wayland United Methodist Church or National Kidney Foundation.
