He was predeceased by: his parents, Vasol Stambolija and Marie Coppock; his daughter Diana M. Stambolija; his siblings, George Stambolija, Dorothy Charles and Rose Pulford; and his nephews, George and Mike Stambolija.
He is survived by: his wife Cecilia L. Stambolija (Kasperek); his children, Joseph W., Beth Stambolija of Wayland and Debra L. Stambolija of Wayland; his grandchildren, Adam Stambolija of Tulalip, Eric Stambolija of Tulalip and Atty; his great grandchild Ariana Stambolija of Tulalip, Washington; and his nieces and nephews, Vic Pulford (Claris), Michele Korpal, Janice Charles, David Charles, Karen Rybacki, David Stambolija and Korkey Stambolija.
