He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Jack and Mary Krebs; and his aunt Jamie Elizabeth Phillipy. He is survived by: his parents, Tami Gohn and Tim Gohn; his daughter Rose Elizabeth Gohn; his siblings, Dane (Angela), Justin, Christina (Jeffery Lucas), Josh, Megan (Cody) and Andrew; his nieces and nephews, Jack, Gabby, Jeffery and Henry; his grandparents, Susan, Donald Stiger and Sandy O'Reilly; and his aunts and uncles, Tracy Nelson (Miles), Jeremy Zeiger (Karen) and Brandon Phillipy. He is also survived by many other extended family and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an educational fund for John's daughter, Rose Elizabeth Gohn, care of his parents.
