He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughters, Pam Balik and Debi White; his grandchildren, Kimberly, Benjamin and Clint; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee and Anson. He is also survived by brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
