He was predeceased by: his father Harold. He is survived by: his mother Betty Dykstra; his siblings, Joseph Dykstra (Sherry), Bonnie Hartsuff and Jason Dykstra (Denise); and his nieces and nephews, Andrea DeGraaf (Jeff), Peter, Kelly, Andrew, Liam, Zander, Isaac, Asher, Eli, Sawyer, Bram, Abe and Julien.

Contributions in memory of Jeffrey may be made to the Lemmen-Holton Cancer Center.
