He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Meekhof and Foley Meekhof; and his wife Miriam. He is survived by: his children, Lori Perales (John), Dorothy Wagner (Lee Roy) and Gary Meekhof (Kathy). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
