He was predeceased by: his former wife Janet Buist (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Everdene Buist; his children, Rick, Deb Buist, Ron and Cheryl Osentoski; his grandchildren, Tony (Miranda Harshberger), James (Andrea Buist), Alexander (Anna Buist), Taylor Osentoski and Sydney Osentoski; his great grandchildren, Jaeden, Keegan, Peyton, Lincoln, Greyson, Brooklyn, Cecelia, Briella and Cameron; and his siblings, Ron, Marge Cook, Ken and Mary Visser. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In memory of Jack and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Moline Christian Schools or Wings of Hope Hospice.
