He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Belka and Gladys Belka; his parent-in-law Russell Kiel; his siblings, Larry Belka and Yvonne Pattock; his son Gary Belka Jr.; and also Margaret Kiel.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Belka; his daughter Bobbie VanDuine (Alann); his grandchildren, Trent VanDuine and Ryleigh VanDuine; his daughter-in-law Joanne Belka; his sisters, LaDonna Rybiski and Janice Misak (Dennis); and his brother-in-law Harry Pattock. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
