He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Huizenga and Alta Huizenga; and his sister Eleanor Huizenga (Fields). He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his sister Judy Cox; his children, Joe Huizenga (Carolyn), Scott Huizenga (Juliet), Steve Huizenga (Kevin Phelps), Amy VanOverLoop (Jack), Barb Shoemaker (Merle), Cathy Smith (Scott) and Rose Longstreet (Shawn); and his close friend Enterprise Tool. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 3 1/2 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In honor of Frank, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association or Emmanuel Hospice.
