Duane Jon Haywood Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2025, at the age of 73, Duane Jon Haywood of Wayland, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Duane Jon Haywood to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Haywood and Esther Haywood; his wife Melanie Haywood; his father-in-law Bill Biesbrock; and his siblings, Dawn Haywood, Bobby Haywood, June Brenner, Larry Haywood, Paul Haywood and Ron Haywood.
He is survived by: his children, Nicole Timmer (Karl), Meredith Hemmeke (Steve) and April Taylor (Andy); his grandchildren, Megan Fowler, Kati Fought (Ben), Nate Timmer (Ella Compagner), Luke, Caleb, Joshua Hemmeke, Olivia and Emilee Taylor; his siblings, Karen Elliston (John), Susan Chrisman (Terry), Kathy Smith (Mike), Dale Haywood (Brenda) and Diane Northrup (Victor); his sister-in-law Joyce Haywood; his mother-in-law Leone Biesbrock; and his in-laws, Vicki Pease (Dan), W. Mike Biesbrock (Kelli), Dave Biesbrock (Raven) and Patty Hale (Doug). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Leighton Church (4180 2nd St, Caledonia, MI 49316). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In memory of Duane and in lieu of flowers, donations may given in his memory to the Leighton Church - Mission Fund.
