He was predeceased by: his children, Orrin Kroon and Sandy Popma; his parents, Dick Kroon and Gerty Kroon; and his siblings, Henrietta Hamm, Anne Lubben-Prins, Martha Brouwer, Adrianna Hamm-Swanson, Jake Kroon and Rev. John Kroon (Rena Mae).
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Kroon; his children, Rick Kroon and Dallas Kroon (Jennifer); his son-in-law Douglas Popma; his grandchildren, Jason Popma (Suzanne), Jessica Koorndyk (Dan), Travis Popma (Maria), Lucas Kroon, Grace Kroon and Maya Kroon; and his great grandchildren, Brecken, Rogen, Lakelyn, Landon, Cynthia, Karli, Kennedy and River. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In honor of Dick and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hudsonville Christian School.
