He was predeceased by: his parents, Birney Jr. Belka and Arlene Belka; his brother Wayne Belka Sr.; and his nephew Steve Belka. He is survived by: his siblings, Allen Belka, Judie Chappell (Don Sr.) and Dawn Flannery (Dennis); and his sister-in-law Kathy Belka. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

In memory of Dennis and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Therese Catholic Church.
