He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Noecker and Victoria Ann Noecker (Paxson). He is survived by: his children, Kristen Stein, Erin Noecker, Meghan Noecker and Paul Noecker; his siblings, Jon "Hugo" Noecker and Judy Ulery; and his grandsons, Ian Stein, Cameron Stein, Oarie Knapp, Kaleb Knapp and Chase Knapp.
