She is survived by: her husband Phil Adams; her children, Paul Smith (Jessica), Adam Smith, Dan Smith (Sarah), Ryan Adams and Kristen Kwiatkowski (Jason); and her grandchildren, Tyler, Chase, Rubi, Tobyn, Kaiden, Jeremiah, Abby, Ryder, Ally, Gracie, Canaan, Quinn and Cora.
