We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2021, at the age of 79, Claude Richard Slack (Wayland, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dora Kay Slack. He is survived by: his children, Christine and Kevin; his grandsons, Jay and Shane; and his great grandchildren, Jayden and Dora Lee Kay. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors Project in Claude's name.
