It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheri Ann Simmons of Wayland, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on April 7, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Barbara Pratt and Clarence Pratt; her daughters, Tonya and Tina Simmons; her brothers, John and Clarence Pratt; her siblings-in-law, Robert, John Simmons, Bonnie Hall and Ann Partee; her husband Samuel Lee Simmons Sr.; her children, Jason (Patience), Sam II (Dyana), Jessy Simmons (Marie), Tammy Mitchell and Maranda Wares; and her siblings, Satin Love, Marvel Porter (KP) and Larry Pratt (Barb). She was also cherished by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
