She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hahn and Doris Savinsky Hahn; and her father-in-law Joseph H. Wessels. She is survived by: her husband Joseph C. Wessels; her sons, Joshua Lyon (Amanda), Michael Wessels and Jonathan Wessels (Kennedy); her grandchildren, Andrew, Taylor, Emma, Josie and Laurence; her siblings, Sherry Adams (Doug), Charles Savinsky (Krista) and George Savinsky (Erika); her mother-in-law Dorothy Wessels; and her siblings-in-law, Janet Bond (Mark) and Stephen Wessels. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Charlotte's memory may be made to her favorite charities - Helen DeVos Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and the American Heart Association.
