He is survived by: his wife Jerry Cowgill (Miner); his children, Kathy Hornbarger (Robert) and Kevin Cowgill; his stepchildren, Larry Craig and Mary De Uroiste (Jose); and his brother Clarence Cowgill (Roberta).
