He was predeceased by: his parents, Primo Sr. Capovilla and Angeline Capovilla (Budcinski); and his daughter Tammy Capovilla-Diehl. He is survived by: his son Tony Capovilla (Dawn); his son-in-law Joe Diehl; his grandchildren, Jerry Capovilla (Alyssa), Brandy Capovilla, Jayme Diehl (Cory Quinn) and Samantha Capovilla; his great grandchildren, Alivia Capovilla, Amelia Capovilla, Nolan Quinn and Elaina Kline; and his sisters, Mary Kling and Josephine Lauck.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family.
